I feel like I am floundering around . I have so much to do , which when I think of it I really don't
have a time restraint with it. If I don't finish something today it will still be there tomorrow. So
why do I find I have so much anxiety over it. I just can't stand messes. It makes me feel heavy and
annoyed I guess. Obviously if you move you are going to have messes. Especially if you
move into an old house like we have done, which brings me to creating lists. I know
it sounds silly but If I have it on a list then I worry about it less. I'm not going to forget
anything if I write it done and the anxiety goes down. I don't have to think about it at night
or during the day . I can just come to the list when I have time. I also know if its on a list that
I will do it. It's something about it being offically on paper despite the fact that I
can change it at anytime. So here is the offical list.
